Mag Mile Sport Names Jimmy Carson Director of Player Relations

Mag Mile Sport Director of Player Relations, Jimmy Carson

Chicago — Mag Mile Sport has named James “Jimmy” Carson its Director of Player Relations.

Jimmy has spent more than 25 years in the game, as a player, coach, player development leader and business executive. He is President and Chief Operating Officer of Sogility, a soccer training company that combines performance training, sports technology, data and coaching. He joined founder Chris McGrath in 2019 after years as a local soccer coach and school principal. Together they built a player development curriculum and a training facility that serves every level of player, from recreational athletes to professionals.

In his role with Mag Mile Sport, Jimmy will serve as a point of contact for players, families, clubs and coaches across the men's and women's game. He has long-standing relationships with former professional players, club directors, coaches and academy staff throughout the United States. Families often come to him with questions about the professional pathway, college soccer, and name, image and likeness opportunities. Jimmy will make sure those questions reach the right people at Mag Mile Sport, so every player and family gets informed guidance from the start.
