Everyone in the room has an interest. We don’t.
An agent may benefit from a signing. A coach from you staying. A school from you enrolling.
Whether you sign, wait, transfer or stay, our fee is the same.
Those interests are understandable, and they are still not yours. Advisory clients pay us for the analysis, not for an outcome. Every engagement draws on more than two decades of legal practice — contracts read for obligations, options, termination rights, compensation and risk, not just the headline terms.
Engagements are quoted after a short call. We need to know exactly what we are being asked to do before we can price it properly.
