Chris Brady Makes 100th Professional Start

Congratulations to Chris Brady on making his 100th professional appearance and start in Chicago Fire's 4-1 victory over Charlotte FC last night.

In 2020, at just 16 years old, Chris made his professional debut with Forward Madison of USL League One (on loan from Chicago Fire) and ultimately went on to win the USL League One Young Player of the Year award for that season.

He then made 12 starts with Chicago Fire's MLS Next Pro squad before, at just 18 years of age, earning his first start for the Chicago Fire in a 1-1 draw against New England in the 2022 season finale.

Since then, Chris hasn't looked back, earning Chicago Fire Defensive Player of the Year for the 2023 and 2024 seasons, being named the best goalkeeper in MLS under the age of 22 in 2023 and 2024, being named the top overall prospect in MLS in 2024, and being the 2nd youngest GK in MLS history to earn a clean sheet.

And he just turned 21years old a few months ago...

Congratulations to Chris on 100 professional starts. We are excited to see what the future holds for this young phenom.
