Maggy Henschler Scores First Professional Goal For KIF Orebro

Maggy Henschler scored her first professional goal in KIF Orebro's 1-1 draw against AIK over the weekend.

The goal came off a corner kick in the 88th minute with Orebro trailing 1-0. Maggy's run to the near post was perfectly timed, heading in the corner kick past AIK's goalkeeper. The goal was crucial as it ensured that Orebro did not drop points in its relegation battle against AIK. The goal kept Orebro above AIK and in the safe zone.

Maggy has been a valuable addition to Orebro's back line as they fight to remain in the Damallsvenskan, the top women's league in Sweden. She was signed by the club in August and made her debut as a substitute on August 25, 2024 against Brommapojkama. Since then, Maggy has started and played the full 90 minutes in the club's last 6 matches. She was also named the player of the match in her 2nd start for the club, against Kristianstad.

Congratulations to Maggy on her first professional goal!
