Chris Brady Records Clean Sheet In Olympic Team Friendly Against Guinea
Chris Brady, the 20-year old starting goalkeeper for the Chicago Fire FC, recorded a clean sheet in the U.S. Men's Olympic Soccer Team's friendly against Guinea, earning the 3-0 victory.
Guinea attempted to press the USA aggressively, which generated a good number of chances for the Africans throughout the game. However, Chris and the USA defense kept Guinea at bay and did not concede.
This was the first match of the March international window for the USA as it prepares for the 2024 Paris Olympics, which will be the first for the USA since 2008. The USA could face Guinea in its third group stage match at the Olympics if Guinea wins its upcoming international playoff against the fourth-place finisher from Asian qualifying.
